Are your products made-to-order?

Yes — every piece is hand-painted by us, one at a time. No factory production. Magnets ship within 2 days; nameplates take 5–7 days for production before shipping, because they're personalised.

Can I customise a product?

Yes. Nameplates can be personalised with any name, theme and colour combination. Visit our Custom Orders page or DM us on Instagram @studiokagaz.co.

How long does shipping take?

Magnets: 2 days dispatch + 3–5 business days delivery (5–7 days door-to-door). Nameplates: 5–7 days production + 3–5 shipping (8–12 days door-to-door). We ship pan-India via tracked courier.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently India only. International shipping is on our roadmap.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping on orders above ₹1,199. Below that, courier charges apply at checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge. Email info@studiokaaghaz.com.

Do you do bulk orders or return gifts?

Yes — bulk pricing kicks in at 5 pieces (10% off) and 10 pieces (15% off). Popular for baby showers, birthdays and corporate gifting. Visit Custom Orders to inquire.

How do I care for hand-painted wood?

Keep away from direct sunlight and water. Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth — never soak. Treated with care, every piece lasts for years.

Can I return or exchange?

Made-to-order pieces (anything with a name or custom design) cannot be returned or exchanged. Damaged-on-arrival items are always replaced free.
